Sergey Lisovsky was born in Moscow on April 25, 1960.
His father - Lisovsky Fedor Victorovich - Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences and a professor of the Radio-Engineering Institute AN RF. He is a co-author of The English-Russian Dictionary of Radio-Engineering and other specialized dictionaries and is also an author of more then 400 scientific publications. For his prominent services in Physics he was included in the bibliographical "Book of Prominent People of the Twentieth Century", edited by Cambridge University. His mother - Lisovsky Inna Fedorovna - a housewife. Sergey Lisovsky has a son, Maxim (1999). |

He established companies group "Premier SV". He also considered to be the establisher of the first Russian Music Channel "MUZ TV". Since July 1995, he was the General Director of ZAO "ORT-Reklama". In April-July in 1996, he participated as a General Producer in the organization of a united national youth campaign called "Choose or Lose!". Russian President Boris Yeltsin thanked officially and awarded him with a special diploma. Since the summer of 1999 till February 2000 he was the Deputy Chairman of the Directors' Board of the company "TVC".
He has experience in legislative activity. He took part in legislative projects, such as "About TV and Radio".
He is one of the pioneers of Russian social and political advertisement being an expert in the sphere of modern electoral processing. Mr. Lisovsky is the author of the historical and advertising researches. Under the auspices of Mr. Lisovsky the book of the world-known imagemaker Jacques Seguela was published in Russia.
On the 11-th of February, 2000 Sergey Lisovsky defended thesis for a degree of Doctor of Philology "Political Advertisement: peculiarities of genre & style".
In 2000-2001, books like "Election technologies, history of theory and practice", were presented to the public by co-authorship of V.A.Yestavyev who is Chairman of the board of directors of communication group "Maxima" and "Political advertising". The book "Electoral Technologies" was declared the best among others dedicated to the PR theory in the year of 2000 at the national contest "Silver Archer".
Now S. F. Lisovsky is heading the Agro-Industrial Complex (AIC) "Mosselprom". He is a vice-president of the "Rosptitsesouz" (the union of poultry-meat production) foundation board. In 2002 he was awarded diploma and a valuable present from Russian President Vladimir Putin for the important contribution into the formation of the Russian economy. In 2005 S. Lisovsky was awarded the silver medal of the Agricultural Ministry for the contribution in the development the Russian Agricultural Complex.
During this work in "Rosptitsesouz" he presented the interests of the Russian poultry producers and twice took place in the work of the Intergovernmental Commission and talks concerning joining Russia to WTO (Geneva 2002 - 2003), the Intergovernmental Commission of the development Russian - Brazilian trade relations (Brazil, 2004), different programs of The Agricultural Ministry for support of Russian producers, including the problems of import quotas. As the Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Committee of the Federal Assembly takes active part in the laws directed to the development of the agricultural market in The Russian Federation.
As per the results of the program "Rating of the professionalism of the Russian managers" for the year 2002 conducted jointly by the "Association of the Russian Managers" and the "Commersant" daily newspaper has been put on a list of 1000 best business leaders of the country.
Since 29 June 2004 S. Lisovsky has been presenting Kurgan region Duma in the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and he is the Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Committee.
He is fond of golf and hunting. In 1995 he took part in the automobile racing competition "Paris-Dakar" and was the 11-th.
